"Very nice neighborhood - apartment was nice - host was helpful when needed for minor issue . The back yard was so nice but grass had not been mowed and there was no where to sit and enjoy . Would suggest getting a new bed / mattress and the couch and chair in the living room really were not comfortable at all to sit on - so just need a few updates"

"This rental was very clean, and over all a good experience. We had clean and comfortable bed to sleep in, a nice bathroom, working AC, and this location was close to all of the activities we had planned for our stay. I do agree with other reviewers though, that is it a bit inconvenient to go through 3 doors to get to the apartment, and parking at night when the restaurant below was crowded could be tricky at times, however there is another lot on the other side of the building."

"The property was great. We were 10 minutes from the stadium in a great location. Kirstie was a great host. She let us check in early which just happened to fit perfectly into our plans because we got to St Louis a little earlier than expected. The house was clean and tidy. This was a larger space than we were expecting and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. The house held four men with room to spare so that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. I had a great experience with Kirstie and would recommend this place to anyone."

"Great 2 night stay, property was as described. Nice, quiet south St Louis neighborhood close to the Hill so Italian restaurants abound. There’s also a nice little eatery the next block over which is worth visiting. Check-in was easy. On street parking was always available although finding a spot right in front of the flat is hit or miss after about 9pm. I will stay at this property again next time in St Louis."

"Nice apartment. Love the old architecture. Overall pleasant experience. Furniture was uncomfortable. Could use more than two towels for the entire stay. Back yard was a wreck with limbs and debris. Not a bad place to crash. We ended up staying in more due to rain and storms and it’s not the most comfortable place to hang out."
