"Easy check in. Theres free hotel shuttle service from airport just 1 level up, outside departure. Left side of the road. Though the bus comes every hour but it does take awhile to wait. Buses for Westin, Hyatt, Doubletree buses come more often. Do wrap up warm clothes as it gets cold waiting outside. Hotel is simple. Needs to be updated abit but its ok for a night stay. Big room with microwave. Free coffee at lobby in the morning that was nice. Bed is comfy and massive. Toilet is clean. "

"Expedia you really messed up on this one all the pictures are on there is false advertisement supposedly the remodeling let me tell you they were disgusted the carpets were all stained the bathroom was peeling the walls on the walls had patches I wish I could upload pictures to show you or videos the shower peeling very upset with this experience I went down to the manager and he changed me to a different room which was worse just very upset because if it was just me by myself no worries but I did have my wife and family I've been using Expedia for over 12 years very upsetting you guys should follow through and check up on hotels. Worst thing was non-refundable I was stuck there"

"Horrible roach motel. Our room had stained sheets. The bathroom had rust and hair in the tub. Didn’t look like cleaning or cleanliness is their goal. I did not get under the sheets. Checked out at 5 am the next day and got the heck out of there! It’s the most disgusting hotels I have ever been to! I booked it for convenience since it’s close to the airport. Overall yuck yuck yuck!"

"I did a four day stay. After the first night the cleaned the room and took my used bath towel and didn’t give me a replacement. It took three requests over two days to finally get replacements. I received two coffee pods for the coffee maker that were there on my arrival and no replacements for the next three days. "
