"Always been a great property with excellent amenities but they have let the maintenance slip. If they could do the basic maintenance: algae off the pool cave, spider webs in hallways, update carpet it would be great again. Love the indoor pool, grounds and view. Would like if the marina was more family friendly. Easier access for smaller groups and less expensive."

"Clean, family friendly property in a great location. Host was great with sharing information, furnishings were perfect for the kids, evenings on the deck were A, the pool areas were nice and clean, the complex as a whole was quiet even on a weekend night. Many restaurants in close distance, Bagnell Dam Strip is only a few minute drive, and several family friendly things to do within a short drive. Don’t know the next time we’ll be in the Ozarks but would absolutely stay here again!"

"Host was easy to communicate with and responded to questions quickly. Great location, not far from entertainment or shopping. Three pools in the property, we visited two and both were nice. Peaceful place to stay and great views. We enjoyed watching the turtles from the screened in deck!"

"VRBO and host had different thoughts in regards to door codes and addresses, easily cleared up by host. The property was not super clean, dust on blinds, dirt under the lamps at bedside, trash under pullout bed. Tub drain was slow, probably had a clog. Was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail. Did have to hunt for bath towels and under the bathroom sinks were the forgotten zone, lots of stuff just in there. Otherwise, our stay was adequate."
