"A former Holiday Inn Express which is clearly struggling to find it's identity. The staff I met were very good. The room is ok but the car park underneath causes problems with noise. A bit of a depressing hotel but fine for 1 night."

"Lovely, cosy, well presented accommodation in quiet rural situation. Good kitchen, separate sitting room and spacious bedroom. Parking next to PiggeryHost very friendly and helpful. Plenty to see and do in surrounding area. Easy access from M6. Would stay again. "

"There is no way that house can host 7 people , you couldn’t swing a cat in the living room and there’s only one toilet for 7 people and you have to go through a bedroom and disturb people to get to bathroom .. really disappointed . The seven of us couldn’t sit in “living room” together."

"Just returned from a long weekend for a family gathering of 10. Property was first class with loads of space, crockery, utensils etc. Already trimmed up for Christmas and woodburner laid and ready to light. Only reasons not 5 stars overall were that the dishwasher broke down (but this could happen anytime) and the hot water to the master bedroom en suite needed some patience.Would definitely return if we can find a suitable excuse for a get together."

"Lovely little cottage that is tucked away. The street is quiet with only the chickens and birds to listen to. The property was cleaned and tidy. Only negative being the wifi was sketchy. Navigating the street tricky with lots of on-road parking. Would be happy to stay again when in the area."
