"Location was perfect! In town for a volleyball tournament. Loved the location, lots to pack in. The Factory at Franklin was right there with lots to do, only wish we had more time. My boys even enjoyed the backyard playing football. The master bed room was great. "

"Cabin feel with paper thin walls, gravel driveway with multiple properties attached made it difficult to sleep with coming and going of people and vehicles. Host said we could have late check out then locked us out before the checkout time and some of our belongings and groceries had to be left behind. "

"I have stayed at this property before and have truly enjoyed my stay because the property is a beautiful quad Plex in a very convenient area of Franklin. The problem with this day was the people who rented the quad Plex above mine. They were highly disrespectful, showed no courtesy to the people below them based on the fact that they had a child that ran continuously over top of my head., was pushing a chair or some sort of object continually across the floor that felt like it was coming through the floor, and talking so loud on the phone and with other guests in their rental that I could hear conversations verbatim. As a result, my sleep was disrupted during the whole time and it really was not the best day at all. I was very disappointed in the value of the money spent not to have a stay that was optimal. "

"It was a great place to stay for our girls tripto the Nashville Elvis Festival at the Factory. Love the duplex. Convenient location. Had all the amenities you needed. Would come back and stay here again. "

"Very clear, quick communication. The location was perfect for what I needed. My only criticism is the quick flip this house and it's neighbors went through is obvious, using matte paint on the walls is a bad idea because it shows every scuff, tile work is messy, flooring dips in some places, things of that nature. But the heating worked for the cold nights and I felt safe, so I'm not unhappy with my stay here. I would stay again. "
