"Very clean and tidy upon our arrival with ample paper towels, toilet paper etc. there was a small glitch with the front door code/lock but once we got Melissa on line she corrected the issue and we got in quickly. The kitchen had utensils, flatware, pots pans dishes. The house is on a long street therefore cars do speed down it at times but there is a nice fenced backyard. A few things could be updated but nothing that affected our stay more cosmetics. I recommend this property as the location is amazing to downtown’s and the market. "

"We were in Franklin for a job we were doing, and had some family joining us, so this was the perfect cottage to house the few of us. It was so cute, had everything we needed and was walking distance to everything that Franklin has to offer. We will definitely be back and stay here again. The host was great communicating and we definitely enjoyed our stay! "
