"Amazing customer service, very friendly and helpful, no language barrier as the receipion staff spoke English well. Went out of their way to lend me a phone charger plug. Place was the perfect location to Alicante University, clean and quiet, easy access on tram to city centre. Good selection of buffet breakfast and again friendly staff. Would stay again!"

En mi caso estuve en la primera planta, por un lado da a una amplia avenida con bastante tráfico, quizá el otro lado que da a un parque sea algo más tranquilo, pero vamos, una buena elección en todo caso. Limpio y cómodo para estacionar cerca en la calle."

"Excellent hotel but as always nothing is perfect . Please address soap dispensor if your having a bath ? Also very difficult to exit the bath because of the shower screen!"

"Very nice hotel that is perfect for a city break in Alicante due to its location. As well as the very nearby tourist places of interest, it is surrounded by dozens of fantastic restaurants and bars. Beaches can be walked to from the hotel but if you don't feel like walking there is a nearby taxi rank or you can ask the staff to help book for you. There are also lots of buses."
