Wonderful stay here with my husband from 11-18 January. The apartment itself was terrific and fully equipped with anything you could possibly need. It also had one the best showers I have experienced anywhere. The location of the apartments is fantastic and we were able to walk into the main city area within around 30 minutes. It is also close to two main bus routes that will take you pretty much anywhere you want to go. I must also make a special mention to the guys who run the complex. They were so incredibly helpful and friendly. Carlos, in particular, took time on our first day to tell us all about the local bus routes, the tram and how to get to different places. It made such a difference and helped us to make the most of the week that we had there and to see everything. We will definitely go to this beautiful city again and will stay at the El Palmeral. Try out the Spanish restaurant nearby, ‘Abrego’. It was recommended by Carlos and was terrific.

Room with a view

The building and the apartment itself was very well presented with everything needed for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The apartment was really clean with plenty of towels if you needed them. The toiletries were eco friendly and you could get more from the housekeeper if you wanted to. The bed lovely and comfortable and there was plenty of storage for clothing if you needed it. The surroundings were splendid, so many fabulous palm trees that when by the pool you would not think you were in a residential area. My balcony looked over the pool area it was a great way to start the day sat looking over an oasis. Great location as long as you were not expecting bars and restaurants very close by and I wasn’t. I would recommend and would return. Gracias to the team for a great stay.

Awesome apartment with everything you need. Location was only a mile plus to everything but we had a car. Front street parking was perfect. Grocery store within 10 minutes walk too. Quiet and serene neighborhood. Highly recommend this lil oasis.

We had an amazing stay! Really recommend this place for families with little kids. I would strongly encourage having your own vehicle to drive around though.

Fint litet hotell med familjär stämning. Vi hade lite otur med mindre problem på rummet men personalen var otroligt behjälplig och fixade allt och såg även till att i någon mån kompensera oss. Utmärkt service 10/10! Poolen är liten och gemytlig med riktigt sköna solstolar. Parkering i garaget rekommenderas. Var en fröjd att slippa sätta sig i en brännhet bil. (Bil känns ganska viktigt då avståndet till strand och Alicante stad är rätt långt). Överlag ett prisvärt, trevligt och barnvänligt lägenhetshotell.

Absolument exceptionnel : séjour de Rêve

Les 12 jours passés dans cet établissement ont dépassé toutes nos attentes. Le cadre est fabuleux, on est dans un jardin botanique, calme charmant avec une Âme. L'équipe est aux petits soins. Grands appartements avec tout tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Ménage régulier. Piscine, jacuzzi, bassins, Fitness, terrasses à deux pas du centre et des commerces. Lé tout est décoré avec goût. 12 appartements avec un rapport qualité prix incroyable. Merci à Carlos et l'équipe....ce lieu permet de passer un séjour de rêve au milieu d'un oasis de verdure dans un quartier . résidentiel. Bravo !

Apartamento con todos los servicios y una pequeña terraza. La piscina pequeña y mas en tiempos de Covid19. Las tumbonas insuficientes para todos. La limpieza del apartamento al llegar adecuada, luego ya depende de uno mismo. Supermercado a 4 manzanas y playas a partir de 10 min en coche.

Super lækker lejlighed! Med alt hvad man har brug for. Især når man rejser med børn. Vi var dernede med vores datter på 1 1/2 år, og det fungerede perfekt. Alle var så venlige og vi fik endda lov til at beholde lejligheden den sidste dag, indtil vi skulle afsted om aftenen. Normalt skal man tjekke ud kl 10. Det eneste jeg vil påpege er deres senge! Virkelig dårlige og man sov ikke specielt godt.

Loistavat puitteet rennolle lomalle!

Hyvä hotelli perheelle pientenkin lasten kanssa, alueella kaikki tarvittava lasten viihtymiseen, uima-allas ja kunnollinen leikkipaikka. Rauhallinen, siisti ja vehreä ympäristö palmuineen vähän loitommalla kaupungin hälinästä. Kuitenkin bussiyhteys lähellä. Kauppa lähellä. Ystävällinen ja todella avulias henkilökunta koko ajan tavoitettavissa. Tykättiin tosi paljon!!

Great hotel for families!

We traveled with two small children. Great hotel for children! The garden is amazing and we ended up staying in the garden and playing for hours each day. Friendly staff and nice and the rooms were new and fresh.

Nice fresh apartments!

Brilliant apartment and facilities. Really nice staff. We booked last minute on a whim and couldn't believe the apartment was above our expectations. Our 4 year old lived the play area, trampoline and pool. Good attention to details with supply of beach towels, cooking oil and dishwasher tablets! Local shopping centre is short walk ... we cooked most days as fresh fish, meats and veg were all available locally. We did hire a car but also took the local 23 bus into town. This didn't make being slightly out of town an issue and it was a very quiet suburban area to stay in which was nice for us! There is plenty of street parking outside the hotel. Only thing, we didn't bring washing tablets for the washing machine. Next time we stay we'll make sure we bring some as saves taking smelly beach wear home!
