"Absolutely AMAZING hotel! From the moment we walked in the doors it felt like our home away from home. Super clean, very friendly staff members, and great amenities! Room was spacious with a gorgeous Mountain View, and the breakfast was delicious every morning, and was included in the price. Lots of options to choose from so everyone was happy. The pools are amazing as well as lazy river and hot tub! We also loved winding down at night around the cozy fire pit. We were super sad to leave and will 100% be back in the near future!"

"Check in was ok. There was a question on when I booked. I told her weeks in advance and was given a key card not a packet that they had fixed for everyone else with their name attached. Still not sure about that. The hallway had an odd smell but the room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good. Convenient location close to many attractions. Safe location. Pool was great."

"Everything that was promised was delivered. Beautiful scenic little back porch area overlooks the Little Pigeon River, which makes for a nice backdrop considering that part of 441 is lit up like the Vegas Strip. It’s nice to have a space in the middle of all that which still feels away from all that if you want it. Housekeeping came daily, fresh towels and cleaning up. Breakfast is good, could use some fresh fruit and plant-based milk, but that’s not a dealbreaker for us. We enjoyed chatting with fellow travelers of all types and ages, and we’d stay there again if spending a few nights in downtown Pigeon Forge."
