"Location is convenient to Mississippi State and many key spots in Starkville. Property is very poorly maintained. Our room had an unpleasant smell. Furniture is old and scratched up. Sink faucet isn’t securely attached to the counter. Bathroom door is warped and couldn’t be closed. Bathtub enamel is chipped. No shampoo included in toiletry items. Would not recommend this facility to anyone!"

"The property is older but they are clearly trying to keep it in good shape. Unfortunately I did not stay the overnite. The cleaning product was very strong and I have allergic response to strong cleaners. In addition I was there with my elderly bulldog who has knee issues and our room was on second floor with only steps. When I explained these two issues the very nice young man refunded my stay immediately. He was truly wonderful and so understanding!"

"Few things did not want to work, quite of few light bulbs in the room were burnt out, door key cards would not work (4) to be exact and had the desk re-issue me new ones every time, loud freaking music and stomping through out the night…. The list Can go on but I’ll leave it at that. On a positive note, the staff was great, really cool and nice people for sure… 💯 "

"Our family was there for our daughter's graduation from vet school. This house felt very homey and was full of charm. The floors, furniture, decor and artwork matched the charming vibe of the house. We really enjoyed gathering here for family time. The parking in back was big and nice for multiple cars. The bedrooms are very comfortable and certainly good for 8 people. The bathrooms not so much. Especially if you have several females trying to get ready at the same time. But overall it was a great stay!"
