"Breakfast over cooked scrambled eggs not good. The grill menu was off because the grill caught fire. Four days no grill menu. Too many dogs allowed barking arendous. Kid's running around unattended. Needs some supervision ."

"Good place for a night away, Staff very friendly and helpful i loved the little extras of female products in the bar toilet. Great place to walk outside with an added extra of ducks and chickens on the grounds. very good food portions and a nice cooked breakfast (bacon could do with a bit longer under the grill in my opinion but that's personal choice) the room was clean but would have benefit of having a fan in the room. Next time I wouldn't stay in a room which faced the main road purely just because of the noise from the traffic. This hotel was a great find and we definitely will be back ."

"Everything was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped and a welcome pack was provided.Parking was ideal and location of the house very good. House could have been a bit more well kept in places e.g window sill corners all showing signs is water/ weathering leakage . Overall comfortable to stay at . Thank you!"

"We stayed in a 2ned chalet over looking the lake what a beautiful position on the site the accommodation was spotless and couldn’t be faulted everyone seemed friendly no noise from neighbours couldn’t fault it"

"Communication with the host was easy & plenty of info provided It’s a beautiful house that was tastefully decorated throughout & very clean, perfect for our stay The kitchen was large & ideal for our family get together. The bedrooms were good size & there is a large garden tooWithin a short walk was the White Horse pub that served lovely lunch & short drive plenty of places to visit "

"Spotlessly clean and spacious accommodation. Attractive character property with so many original features retained. Location private & completely quiet except for birdsong. Walks to the cliff top and beach possible from the chapel... I would advise walking boots and prepare to exert yourself with the climb. Great views from the cliffs. Locals we met whilst walking, very friendly. The Chapel is equidistant between Filey and Bridlington. Great for exploring the Yorkshire coast."
