"Rooftop bar - a specific amenity that drew us to the hotel was used for a private function each night of our stay. Outside of those private events, we were not allowed to access the rooftop bar due to ongoing renovations. 1st floor bar/restaurant might as well have been a convenient store. Very little seating, bad drinks and food. The fitness center is located in the cellar. Seemingly an old janitors closet. The gym consists of 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical and a few dumbbells. I would recommend to any family, friends and acquaintances to avoid this hotel. False advertisement and price gouging at its finest."

"The check in process was horrible. The receptionist wasn’t friendly. If you didn’t ask her questions you would be confused because she wasn’t giving out formalities of the location. You had to be fully aware of the process before walking up. I alerted the management that she was very unkind and not friendly nor helpful. He was very apologetic, but that was completely it. I would not rebook with them the parking was horrible as well. She explained to me I should’ve read the fine print. WOW."
