Unfortunately the property was not clean, there were crumbs on the couch and sheets were missing, what sheets were there had hair on them , dirty socks etc. When I reached to the property manager , late night , the manager was responsive and immediately addressed it. "The space was great for our party of 11 - bigger then it looked on the photos. We really enjoyed the location and the common areas. Some complaints are that the pillows were awful - lumpy and uncomfortable.This house does NOT sleep 14 people. Our smallest person, a12 year old child, could not fit on the futon beds. "This place is so peaceful, yet easy to get to Quebec City and has a swimming pool / hot tub / sauna to entertain people who don’t want to sit around the fire and chat. There’s a fun games room. I highly recommend and was not expecting what we found. A great house to stay."

"Washing machine had ALOT of wet sheets when we arrived, so we dried them, folded them and put them on the dining table. Shampoo and conditioner would have been appreciated. So would pepper and oil.
