"The hotel was lovely and the staff were very welcoming. The rooms have just been very tastefully renovated. We were travelling on a motorbike so it was good to have near by food and drinks right behind the hotel in walking distance plus the lake was very picturesque and peaceful - would highly recommend staying here"

"We loved our stay at Frogsong cottages. Maggie and David are very friendly, kind Hosts. The home baked bread and muffins are amazing. The beds are really comfortable. The views from the windows are beautiful. Our Kelpie dog was made to feel so welcome, she loved her stay too. The location of Mountain Bay is beautiful and so tranquil, only a 15 minute drive to Mansfield. We'll definitely be back "

"Our stay was lovely. The cottage was so comfy and all the special touches made it 10/10. Freshly baked bread, continental breakfast (and eggs) even warm muffins on our last day. Maggie was delightful, and greeted us giving us her local knowledge and such a warm welcome.Beautiful birds on our verandah, comfy bed, great shower - everything we needed."

"Down the steep driveway with my trailer was a feat, but what welcomed us was a country property with fantastic views of the lake. The indoor and outdoor fireplaces set the atmosphere, and kept the children working and warm! The kitchen and lounge areas were great for our home cooked meals, plus the oil heaters to keep us warm of a night in the middle of winter. Having the pontoon was a convenience for our short term fishing boat hire, which we thank you for, though the lake was only at 52% we still enjoyed the experience!"
