"My visit to Richmond and Glen Allen was perfect. My hotel room was comfortable and the Staff was personable and very helpful. I could not have asked for more. "

"Room was clean, but sink cracked and slow to drain. No linens in the room for pull out sofa. Staff brought it to us pretty quickly but we were tired and arrived late. Would have been nice to have it there. Finally this is my second time in the past year in this hotel with no elevator service. I dont mind walking but felt fortunate that I did not have my elderly mother with me. Lovely location and lots to eat and do near by. Building maybe could use some capital spending. Staff was pleasant in all encounters "

"Greeted by friendly staff who were all very tentative. The room was definitely smaller than other locations, but it was clean. I wasn’t aware of parking charges up front, but access was nice. Breakfast was pretty standard (no fresh fruits options - only apples). Overall, I think the hotel and the staff members were nice! "

"Staff was super friendly from the start. The coffee in the lobby was excellent. Room was very clean and the towels were so soft. Only thing was there was no microwave in the room and there was people running up and down the halls very late at night. Overall the stay was very nice. "
