I was pleasantly surprised by this motel and location. The rooms are clean and the property is well maintained. You could walk to Kings Dominion from the here so you can't beat the location. There's really no restaurants around, but there is an EXCELLENT Mexican restaurant in the motel parking lot that I ate at both nights that I stayed here. The location is quiet and it felt very safe. Don't hesitate to book here.

Loved the welcoming check in staff, ease of staying here with pets, but wish the rooms were cleaner and property was kept up a little better. The floor in our room was really dirty, our socks were black after an hour or so of being in the room- there was mold growing on the bathroom wall, and the bedding was dirty- the heating/AC unit was very old and didn’t work properly- the room was dripping with condensation all over the inside of the front wall after one night.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Very pleased with the value for the two night stay. I had the pleasure to talk with staff member Kim at the front desk and she was very professional and a pleasure to meet. She is the example of an employee that I would hire anytime. The only thing that that could use a little attention is maybe special parking for the truck drivers so they don’t take up 4-6 car parking spots. Other than that I will be staying here again any time I’m in the area.

The rooms are always clean when we stay here. The staff is always courteous and welcoming. Parking is easy for the most part if other vehicles do not block the steps going to the walkways. Air conditioning worked great, showers always have good pressure. The Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel has very good food with great prices. Perfect place to stay after a day at Kings Dominion!
