As luck would have it, water was going to be cut off from 10 pm to 6 am on the only night we were going to spend at The Babylon Hotel in The Hague. Although this eould normally have been a reason for us to choose a different accommodation, the friendly and courteous treatment we received from Rashaad at the front desk was enough to make us decide to stay. He was fluent in three languages including our preferred Spanish. And he was kind to offer us some perks which made our stay so much more pleasant. The water shut off (not fault of the Hotel) became a minor nuisance compared to the convenience of the location, the excellent breakfast and the friendliness of Rashaad and other ataff members. We were also lucky to have a beautiful view of the Park and the City. Parking is a little complicated but they took the time to patiently guide us through the online booking process which you should try to do in advance. In Europe it is a good thing to memorize the license plate of your rental car. It'll come in handy.

I loved how close the building was to the station and how friendly the staff were! Had a friendly small conversation about it being my first time in the Hague. It was a great experience to end my first day in the hague and I was even given a free upgrade upon my arrival. I would definitely visit here again if I ever take another trip back out.

A reasonable stay, hotel
Hotel in reasonable condition, with corridors refurbished but some paint etc. scratches in the room.and a broader refurb is probably going to fall due in a few years' time. Has been rebranded to Eden Hotels relatively recently and the staff on the front desk were all very helpful and completely on the ball. Room room doors have had a rather rough retrofit of an anti break-in bar, presumably to deter theft. Bathroom pretty clean. Limited evening menu but staff seemed very busy so didn't try it out. Unfortunately, although it was fine walking round the area and the hotel is only about 250m from Centraal Station, the bit on the front of the station has been under reconstruction for years (building seems to have stopped for now) and is not the most wonderful intro to the city.

I chose it because it takes less than a one minute walk to reach the Den Haag's main railway station where one can also hop on a bus or a tram. I was able to find all kinds of restaurants at walking distances. The staff was always helpful. My room was always clean and quiet. Always felt safe. I will return for sure.

This hotel was just excellent, clean, comfortable, located next to central train station, 10 min walk from the city center, friendly stuff and very responsive service desk. I wish I could take it with me to other cities I visited in this trip. Thank you for the great job you're doing!

Pleasant staff greets you promptly. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Nice bathtub. Only complaint would be the limit on the thermostat which kept the room a bit too warm and we had to open to the door

Perfect Den Hague Hotel
Phenomenal hotel that is super close to everything! Beds are extremely comfortable and breakfast is a must!

Closeness to central station. Quality of sofabed very good. Suite is spacious To be improved: plasement of bathroom sink. Very inconvenient. Bumped my head several times in the shelf on top. Sink is too much in the back. Other: no mirror in the room other than in the bathroom. No possibility to switch lights on and off individually. It is a suite and then must take into consideration that one person likes to stay up longer than the other. No microwave

We can’t fault The Babylon
Great value for money. The hotel is literally next door to the centraal station, and the city trams, so you can get to anywhere with no trouble. The beach is 20 minutes away, as is Amsterdam and Rotterdam. A super hotel with lovely staff.

Bas exerience in The Hague
Really we're very disappointed about the quality of the hotel score of 8.8 is very very high, as globe trotter this hotel doesn't deserve a score of 5. I will not repeat another stay in this hotel only exceptions. the only good thing is the central location in the Hague.

Staff was very courteous, the 24hr service was very agreeable. Safety measures were a nice surprise. Only complaint was design of the shower/bath. I admit I am overweight but was not able to sit in bath at all without spilling water due to shape of back of tub.

Great location in centre The Hague, next to Central train station and all related transportation and consumption amenities. Friendly staff. Large rooms. Real king beds rather than the two twin beds put together that many other hotels offer.

Excellent price value and service!
Great hotel, the staff are super friendly, our room had no view in the back but the free mini bar and access to next door gym made up for it. Excellent location right next to Central station.
