Huge Deck Perfect for Lounging w Sweeping Views!

"For our family holiday it was a great place. We greatly enjoyed our stay. We’d recommend. But, some constructive points to take note of….We found that the grill doesn’t work, which was disappointing so we had to end up cooking our fish in the oven. Also, it turned out last minute there were only 6 of us. The house has beds for up to 10. Meals would have been difficult for that number. It would have been nice not to have as many chipped plates as there were, and more silverware. We were very lucky with the weather, and found that an umbrella on the porch (that could be positioned for either table or lounge chairs) would be a good addition. The ping pong paddles need replacing."
On the bay in Wellfleet - walk to water!

"We had a great stay, in a charming comfortable home. The location was very nice, we could walk to the harbor via a few paths and also walk all the way into town via more of a "hike" along the harbor, over Uncle Tim's bridge. Also a very easy location to get to Orleans or Truro-Ptown.The rooms were all very clean and the bedding/beds were nice and comfortable. Having AC in every room was also very nice, made for very comfortable sleeping. The screened in porch was also very nice for reading and or having meals, as was the patio. I did feel the house showed a bit of wear that could/should have been improved through better, regular maintenance (think cabinet doors sticking, leaking faucet, scuffing on walls).Neighbors are VERY close on all sides of the house, so anyone looking for privacy would want to avoid it. The neighbors were all friendly, and our kids ran around easily. We appreciated the board games on-site and the TV set up for the kids as well."

"Everything about this stay was perfect ! We arrived early and able to check into our room an hour early ! The staff were very helpful and friendly and answered all of our questions. The room itself was very clean and well maintained. They had free rental bikes that were in great shape and were very helpful for getting to the beaches without paying any fees !! Overall a great experience, would highly recommend for a nice get away in the cape."

"Beautiful views! House was charming, had everything you could need. The beach access was perfect for the kids and it wraps around to a bridge that takes you into town! Great for kids to walk or a run! It was one mile to bridge. Loved the location! Close to everything. Thanks Mike and Kathy!"
