"We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. The master bedroom is spacious and looks right over the bay. There is a path next to the house that leads down to the water. The property owner, Mike McNamara was extremely responsive when I had any questions."

"I liked the Copper Swan. Our room was clean as were the public areas. The porches & outdoor seating area were welcoming. You could not beat the location & proximity to beaches & P-Town! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Remember some people complain just to complain!"

"The listing said ground floor and first floor bedrooms. The ground floor bedroom is actually a walkout basement. There is only one window, next to the door. If you have teens this might be excellent.The kitchen was excellent. The decor was beautiful.There was no ocean view from the living room."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s always fun staying at the sea shell, great view beach side. We will likely request another stay next yearThere are however some maintenance items that need to be taken care of. The side yard essentially has a bunch of broken furniture and could be taken off the property/cleaned up. The table on the deck is falling apart and seems like it can break if any weight is applied. We received many splinters on the old deck and many parts of the boarding feels like it can break. I think this is a must needed repair.The bathroom could also use a bit of updating but not 100% necessary. It’s just very worn and a bit dirty looking.We do love staying here, it’s just some of these items definitely are getting worse year to year.Please consider updating some of these items.Thanks!"
