"No the room was not spotless as the mirror was spotted - you could see the wipe marks. The cleaning staff was very courteous. Check in was very quick and robotic - the person in reception while informative did not smile and voiced her info very FAST and in low tones. She appeared angry but I did ask for her to repeat the info. For a senior with hearing issues this was difficult. Upon meeting the reception person again the following day I advised her that my hearing was limited and she did smile and raised her voice when speaking. The lighting in the room was excellent. I liked that you had recycling bins."

"This was a wonderful place for myself and my family to stay while in Canada. The host, Kim was wonderful and quick to help with anything we wanted or needed. Her and her family were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. I would stay here again anytime and recommend to anyone wanting a great place to stay. "
