"I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place was too good to not. Let’s start with Brandy, excellent customer service. I had called earlier in the week to confirm we could drop bags off early, she was lovely then and then was amazing for our check in. Was able to get us checked in early and by time we left, she felt like one of the girls. Night time front desk staff was the same way. Always checking in, asking about our plans, making recommendations etc. absolutely amazing property, very clean, quiet and conveniently located. I will be staying here anytime I’m in Charlotte again! "

"Breakfast was junk, no flavor at all, the scrambled eggs were probably previously frozen, no salt or pepper. The sausages were undercooked and the wrong items were available from the menu they posted. It was justa 2 star averaged place. Our first room was smelly and dirty with meat chunks on the floors."
