"We snowbird for the month of January 2026 with 1 couple and had guest periodically stay for a long weekend or for a week Kitchen area and living room was large and there was plenty of space. We had two maintenance issues near the end of our stay, but Jeffry called her handyman and the issues were fixed promptly. Jeffry was great to work with and communication was easy. "

"Our family enjoyed this home. the 3rd floor is so nice for children the bunks are comfortable. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Kitchen was well stocked. Property management was clear with instructions and checked in with us regularly. Any questions we had about the property were answered, very easy and short walk to ocean with plenty of this to do in the area. Perfect Family retreat. Thank You. "

Private access to pool with complimentary beach chairs & umbrellas were very nice, however were removed too early in the day, in my opinionI was asked to move so they could take them around 4:30ish. Right before sunset! Condo was perfect setup for our group! I will get a golf cart next time though!! Would highly recommend "

"A wonderful place to stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our beach vacation. The beach toys were such a great bonus for the kids! It’s just a short walk to the beach, with private access that kept it peaceful and it wasn’t crowded at all. Communication with Kelly was great.
