"House was amazing… spacious and so convenient. The private beach anccess and views are to die for. The location is amazing. Two of the rocking chairs on second level need to be fixed, and the trash on the empty lot needs to be picked up (this is obviously not owner’s fault- just unappealing). We saw manatees and dolphins from the deck, and that was a huge highlight. I also felt so safe in the gated community! Overall, this trip was a core memory, and the house was everything we wanted. Bunk room was great for the kids, but we could not get the bedroom TVs work. This place is a gem, And I would 10/10 recommend for larger family trips! Communication with owners is wonderful as well- I appreciate people that are hard workers and kind so much! Thanks, guys!!"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family of 18 stay here for a week! This is our second year staying at the house and we will be back next year! "This was a great home for a big family beach trip and I definitely recommend! Getting to the beach was easier than staying at a large condo. Elevator was very convenient. I would recommend making your beach service reservations a couple weeks in advance if prime beach spot is important to you. We did not, but we still had a good spot up front. The community was very nice and polite, but the HOA does enforce all the rules so don’t block the sidewalk in the driveway. The pot coffee make seemed to be missing a part so it didn’t work correctly, but there is also a k-cup maker. I was not prepared for the check out process of ensuring all bracelets were accounted for. I had no idea how many were there upon arrival so take inventory before pool/beach use so you aren’t charged extra at check out. Overall, great stay with great beach access and walkable to the crab trap and captain Dave’s. We enjoyed it very much and the host is very easy to communicate with!"

"The property was very clean. Other reviewers had commented on cleanliness and we didn’t find any issue at all with that. There are a few areas of the house that have aged some, primarily in the kitchen. The cupboard doors are a bit warped and the refrigerator needs replaced (many broken shelves etc) but other than those items, that did not affect how much we enjoyed the property, everything was amazing. We did not use the bunk room as we didn’t need to space, but it was muggy and somewhat damp in that room. The rest of the house was cool and comfortable. The view is beautiful and the beach is a super short walk/drive. Lovely house and we had an amazing time!"
