"Room on 6th floor facing west, overlooking Battersea Park (glimpses). Quiet and comfortable. Signs of wear and tear; one lamp didn't plug in, walls scuffed, bathroom quite tired and shower door didn't close properly, bathroom lights sporadic and loose connection. Didn't interact with staff at all apart from checking in."

"This property is absolutely beautiful! We loved our room with the view of The London Eye!! The decor, lovely bedding, towels were all amazing! I recommend adding the breakfast to your stay as it was very very good! It helped not trying to find a place for breakfast and the selection they had was bountiful! Loved it all!!"

"What a wonderful stay! I set this up for my daughter and her new husband as a mini honeymoon, and the staff treated them so well! They worked with me to have flowers and chocolates in their room and we were able to pre-purchase afternoon tea and a voucher for the restaurant as gifts from the US. Everyone was so helpful. And the food and service that they received was top-notch! They loved the pool and hot tub. Thank you!"

"Greeted by very helpful front desk staff. In view of my walking with a stick we were given a room very near to the lift….but you could not hear the lift 😊. Information useful for our stay readily given. The Aircon was good but the real bonus was an opening window. Breakfast was a very good continental spread with something for everyone and continuously replenished. Complimentary coffee was available in the lobby all day as well as a nice selection in the room. It was in a very central position just a couple of minutes walk from Victoria Rail and Coach Stations, providing easy bus access too. The front desk staff were also very helpful re directions and about getting a taxi. Would definitely recommend and also stay again ourselves.. well done!!"
