Overall this is a nice clean apartment other than the sliding glass doors that needed a good clean; we did this ourselves to enjoy the fabulous view.
The property manager East Coast Getaways were all but useless with communication.
I expect that guests are given instructions as to key pickup, building access and parking instructions well ahead of check in time and not 2 hours before and only because we chased it disconcertedly.
As it was, the office was closed / unattended, phone calls to the office went to message bank. Tried to email the office and the email address bounced.
We ended having to call / text the emergency contact mobile number for East Coast Getaways just to
arrange the needful as above.
The complex has a great pool, beautiful views and is in easy walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Very comfortable bed and slept with a breeze off the water.Thank you!

Holes and rotted kitchen drawers, very large amount of dust on the dryer air outlet, sticky floors in kitchen and bathroom and the fridge had the previous guest left over food
