Terrible Customer Service - Do Not Stay Here! The basic rooms are small and wants to imitate a boutique style hotel but looks more like a warehouse. If you think you are getting value or are used to a 2 star motel this would be the same. Location is in warehouse area and is a few blocks away from where a strip is for restaurants. Would not feel comfortable walking late at night. Drove my car if needed to go elsewhere. I had problems with getting cell service and wifi from my room. Saw people working on their computers outside their rooms to get the wifi so it was a common problem. Identified this with the front desk staff on the first night and they said they would investigate but they said that they did not receive any other complaints and they saw that it was working so they wanted to go to the room to check. Could work if you were in the lobby. Received no additional follow up. Went to them again the next day about the issue and the same message and they were saying that it's my phone that is the issue. Interesting because it was both phones in the room. Again investigating but no communication. Finally on checkout wanted to speak to manager about issue and they were not available till next day and no one could help. Emailed the GM and we went through the full events and they would not give any acknowledgement that they had a problem nor would they provide any resolutions to the issue. After two messages they ignored every communication after.
