"I loved the stay, just didn't realize around the parking, it goes from 12pm to 12pm, and then you have to pay to stay longer, so plan if you are going to an event at the Ekka or something similar. Make sure you get any freebies, eg free drink if you are a gold member with hotels.com. Lastly, in an accessible room, just watch the shower bench, very slippery. Still loved staying here and will again."

"Comfortable hotel for an overnight at an airport. Great you can get takeaway food from the restaurant. The reference to an airport shuttle is misleading though and this should be made clearer to customers as this was originally a deciding factor in us booking our stay here. We had to get an uber to the airport when we left as it was raining and didnt fancy getying wet on the trek to get the airport terminal transfer bus back to the International terminal."

"Spacious room, convenient location. The self check-in instruction was clear, however, we didn’t realise there was no lift to 2nd floor & no reception at the hotel we could ask if we could swap to a more accessible accessible ground floor room. We were glad managed the stairs ok."
