"Did not like staying at this property. Definitely outdated and not very well maintained. It looks nice on the outside, but everything needs a remodel on the inside. Very disappointed with my stay, especially for the higher price point."
"Room was clean. Sheets were threadbare. Beds did not have a proper mattress protector. I opened the dishwasher and the entire thing tipped over as it was not properly screwed in. Some things were updated like the floors but bathroom was dark and dingy. All together it was ok but not sure I’d stay here again."
"Not a good experience. Our room was very musty smelling, the bathroom was dirty, check in was not a pleasant experience due to another guest with an issue arguing with the manager and there were 2 stabbings that night at the property! I guess there is a reason why it was one of the most reasonably priced hotels in Fargo. You get what you pay for! And it was still overpriced for what we paid. Very disappointing."

"Our room was super clean and updated. We didn't use the pool and we didn't get up early enough for the breakfast so won't comment on those things but the staff was great and the hotel itself and room was great!"
