The hotel is in a very nice part of London, aware from the hussle and bussle but with easy access to all areas. Good restaurant and bar. Staff friendly and helpful. Our toilet had a problem on our last day with the water running and the flusher broke.

Room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast a real value.
Only negative was having to evacuate the property at 5:30 am due to faulty fire alarm
