"Everything about this hotel was hood. Except for the constant musical beat at night coming from the bar that was 1 floor above, but that wasn't horrible. The staff was incredible with a special highlight going to Phuena, the housekeeper that I had on the 31st floor. She was professional, friendly, respectful, and she did a fabulous job. No matter what she is being paid, she deserves a pay raise."
