"We arrived at 4pm and had to wait more than an hour due to rooms not being released. Front desk was unable to give us a time so we were stuck waiting and told they would text us when the room could be released. Went to this property during a cooler season in April and the indoor pool (only pool warm enough to swim in) was closed for our entire trip. Bowling and arcade on property were nicer amenities to have on site along with a few different food and drink options. Overall cleanliness of the property was just average. Would choose somewhere else if we returned to Myrtle Beach. "

"The property was great and in a great location. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Please be prepared for additional resort fees and the bed was a little hard."

"Was not placed in room that I originally booked for due to initially bringing a dog. I communicated a week or two prior to the hotel that I was not bringing my dog and for them to correct the amount of guests booked due to an error. I was communicated to that these things were taken care of by two representatives prior yet upon arrival was notified that due to me bringing a dog(that I didn’t bring remember)I was placed on a ground floor and that my errors hadn’t been corrected, with me also never being notified of the room change prior to arrival. So I never got the room I was charged for and funny after these the discussion on the day of my arrival, upon check out the same male at the front desk who supposedly helped me on day one magically didn’t remember me or my counterpart whom spoke with him. The beds were squeaky and not the most comfortable with the relaxation pool not appearing the cleanest. The bar tenders and hospitality staff were very nice though. The parking was also limited which seemed to force valet parking."

"The outside of this place looks like Malibu, but the inside feels like a Motel 6. The room was extremely outdated and did not look clean or inviting at all. When I called the front desk to request a different room, I was told nothing else was available. To make matters worse, my daughter and grandson got sick after using the jacuzzi. My grandson broke out in a rash all over his body, and my daughter developed an infection in her leg. We were later told the jacuzzi likely contributed to both issues. In the middle of the afternoon—while the kids were napping—there was loud drilling and banging directly above us. We were never informed at check-in that construction was taking place. When I complained, the front desk simply said it was listed on their website, which is not acceptable. This experience was not only disappointing but unacceptable, especially for a family vacation. Due to the condition of the room, the undisclosed construction, and the health concerns caused during our stay, I am formally requesting a full refund. I would not recommend staying here, especially for families. April 2026 Spring Break was completely ruined."

"The property was well maintained and clean. Easy access to the elevators to our room and hardly had to wait. The staff members were helpful and took time to answer questions. The maids checked every day to make sure we had enough towels and if there were anything that we needed. "

"The A/C went out on the last night and It was extremely hot. The front desk said if I would’ve called, they would’ve came out because they have 24/hour maintenance. There was a red stain on the floor in the room. "
