"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were picking up our granddaughter from the airport and they were very helpful and shuttling us to the airport and picking us back up. We only stayed one night because my granddaughter was coming in so late, but it was a nice experience and we will stay again."

"Excellent staff—thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! This is a wonderful property for families with young children. My 12-year-old and 9-year-old absolutely loved the pool area, and we all had a fantastic time. The only reasons I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 are: 1. No housekeeping service for longer stays - We stayed for four nights, but our room was never cleaned during our stay. Since this is a beach resort, sand inevitably gets tracked into the room, and we ended up having to mop the floor ourselves. I do appreciate that fresh towels were provided daily, and the staff always made sure we had plenty of them. 2. A few basic supplies were missing - There was no scrub sponge (such as a Scotch-Brite) for washing dishes, even though the room didn't have a dishwasher. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom, which was surprising for a resort of this quality. We ended up having to buy these basic supplies ourselves. I hope the management considers these small improvements, as they would make an already great experience even better. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this property to families looking for a relaxing vacation."
