"Everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. the rooms were updated and in excellent shape. The hotel was quiet from interior and external noise. Breakfast and staff was amazing… wish we didn’t receive the free breakfast vouchers 2 days late."

"The location of the Hyatt Regency Times Square was perfect! It was located right in the middle of downtown which made it super convenient. We were able to walk to many of the attractions and shopping with no problem. The hotel was clean and the rooms were roomy. I have already said this is where we will stay on return visits. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas!"
