"Stayed here for one night before a running event in Selkirk the next day. The staff were really friendly and advised on parking when I arrived. My room was clean and comfortable. I hadn’t booked a table to eat but they squeezed me in at the bar. My burger was delicious. They also had a great selection of local beers."

"Disappointed with the "extra" costs, for parking because the Hotel was booked through Expedia..!! The Car Park was empty, and only a handful of guests staying. Disappointed because I wanted to move my Booking by a Day earlier, but the Hotel was not very accommodating even though they were plenty of room availability... Only because we didn't book Direct with the Hotel and went through Expedia.. Would it really have made a difference...? At least you had paying guests...!! Dissatisfied Customer..."

"The staff that run the castle are tremendous! The castle will enchant you and was such a delightful part of our trip. Everything was absolutely amazing. Dianne is integral to the smooth running of this property. She is delightful and helpful with all things that it takes to make a stay enjoyable"
