We would love to welcome your group to our newly renovated Basement. You can enjoy our 5 person Sauna, entertain with a Flat Screen TV, play board games and play Foosball and Darts

- Our cozy pad welcomes your group with home in mind
- Three Large bedrooms with the master bedroom having an unforgettable view of Blue Mountains
- Three full Bathrooms with an extra powder room on Main Floor
- An open concept living space with a completely full kitchen including a granite centre island and bar seats
- The kitchen has all the basic requirements for your home cooked meals
- Our cozy family room will also keep your family entertained a fireplace or you can enjoy the view of the Mountain and our peaceful backyard with full use of the BBQ (season permitted)
- Welcome to our finished basement with a newer Sauna. We have added more games and entertainment for your group to enjoy.

- the use of our Netflix accounts on our TV
- our coffee and teas and your basic cooking needs
- tons of board games to entertain your family
- the use of BBQ Grill (weather and seasonal permitted)
- Front door, on-demand service is available seven days a week for all shuttle stop locations around the Blue Mountain Resort- Beach and Mountain inclusive (due to Covid-19 this service may resume/cancel any time without notice)
- Community Heated Outdoor Swimming Pool (weather and seasonal permitted). Opening and Closing of the Pool is out of our control and may change/update last minute. It is the guests responsibility to inquire about the pool and its usage.

**** The backyard is private however there isn't any fence between houses

Other things to note
Our property is nestled within the Monterra Golf course and across from the main village. Quickly grill up on the BBQ after a long day.

Please remember The Town of Blue Mountains have a very strict rule regarding loud music/noise after 10:00 PM. Please respect the neighbors around you.

We have really strict rules regarding cleanliness. Please make sure the Utensils, bowls, plates and any Kitchen items are absolutely cleaned before putting them away. Extra deep cleaning fee of $200 will be applicable.
