The drive up was pretty intense as it’s out the way, so we didn’t spend loads of time in the accommodation but wow the views were incredible morning & evening looking out to the river!! Food was nice, staff very friendly. They had dogs on site which were very friendly also. Can be very noisy throughout the night with dogs howling and birds."

"We had an amazing stay at the property, the view from my room was beautiful. The staff and everyone there were very friendly and welcoming. We could see the famous nine arch bridge from the room as well as wake up to the beautiful mountains. I would definitely recommend going there and enjoying the beautiful town of Ella. "

"The pictures are deceiving. There’s no pool, spa or laundry facilities (even though the hotel profile says they have them). Bathrooms were very dirty. Holes in the walls and ceilings. Ants on the bed. No view across the lake. No handles or locks on the back door. Upstairs kitchen was loud past midnight. Workers were laughing, talking, dropping things on the floor etc, we couldn’t sleep. We had a terrible experience. Can you please give my money back?"
