"Beautiful room, spa, dining areas. Totally worth the splurge. Pros: Comfortable room Large shower, good water pressure and heat Clean Great breakfast Very friendly and helpful staff Loy Krathong celebration was wonderful! Useful app for communicating with staff, ordering buggy service, etc. Cons: Thai food at Hilltop was not good. You’ll have to take a cab to see much of anything outside the resort. If you have accessibility needs, this might not be the hotel for you. It’s built into a slope, and although there are buggies, they don’t go to your door necessarily and don’t run in the rain. We had a rat in our ceiling, but they did find it and clean up quickly. They offered to move us and gave us a fruit bowl as apology. "

"I accidentally booked the wrong room type that unfortunatelly had no easy wheelchair access hotel staff warned me about it saying that to get into t6e bathroom requires a bit of walkinwith a step over a small threshold. I thought I can handle an we checked in walking into the bathroom wasn’t that big of an issue but neither the shower or the toilet had grab bars which made using these facilities very challenging for me. It’s totally my fault fit not investigating it more before accepting the rom.otherwize it is a great hotel and the rooms are spacious andwell appointed with a very comfortable bed.we stayed at this hotel multiple times before and had a properly equipped wheelchair accessible room. I eould recommend this hotel to other as it is actually very nice and I will book to stay there again in the future."

"The room was clean and the staff were always very courteous and knowledgeable. The laundry service was good to have and the gym and the pool were beautiful. The Viva restaurant, however is way overpriced for an average quality food. The ribeye steak was as tough as they come and over cooked. The coffee which cost about $5 was about 2 ounces. But there are other places to enjoy good food very cheap, so the Viva was a one timer. "

"Seabed Grand was a a lovely hotel to relax for a few days. The buffet breakfast every morning was great! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Our pool access room was fantastic!"

"Terrific location booked for one night to visit the market but stayed for second night as well. Junior suite is very spacious and well appointed. It says 9minute walk to market but in reality the market spreads to the hotel with some stalls in the road the hotel is on. The whole town is buzzing on a Sunday night. Owl cafe 100 metres away is a hoot (sorry)"
