The location is great and he probably I had was the AC unit was not cooling that too I brought it up to the front desk they said I lowered the AC unit to low. So I left it at 74 as I hey recommended to me. So when I got back from the casino the room was at 78 I told front desk one more time they went upstairs and reset it AC. It did not salve the problem. Other than that check out is at 1130 if you go past a minute they will charge you a days rate. Not a late fee.

Soft beds and pillows was on point after walking the casino all night. only thing is my room smelled a little weird but I always pack air freshener and sanitizer so it wasn't a big deal. The breakfast was nice fresh waffles variety of beverages and pastries cold and hot cereal. Thanks for the amazing service

The dead bolt didn't lock, they would not give us extra towels and tv stopped working. No room service was done for our 2 night stay. We had to take dirty towels and swap for clean towels.

Couldn’t get a room at winstar so stayed here. Super convenient cause it’s 2 minutes away from the casino. My complaint is housekeeping in the morning were way too loud. They kept swinging the next doors open so they would hit the wall and it was just continuous wall hitting

The Property was Great, well maintained, Clean inside out. Only, thing I didn't like about Thackerville,is there's nothing out there except the Casino.I mean no shopping stores,car washer's, I mean nothing,it really needs to up grade..

Close hotel to Winstar. Rooms are a little musty. They are quite spacious. Staff is really courteous and helpful. There was people still at pool at 1am and we were right above it. So it was a little noisy.

The Inn was comfortable and clean. It was close enough to the Windstar Casino to walk. The Windstar Bus does not pick up here though. Windstar wont work with the owners or vice versa. That’s not OK.

Check in is suppose to be at 3pm we show up and rooms are not going to be ready then. Once we came back the clerk was very rude and obviously having a bad day. Got to the room was in a rush to get back to Winstar and didn't pay much attention to the room. Woke up Friday to what looks to be blood on the ceiling and spider webs on the ceiling just hanging around all over the room. Saturday evening our room cards wouldn't work and the little India guy working the desk was also rude! The ONLY thing good about our experience is the location to Winstar and the shower water is hot however the water is super soft so it feels like you never get clean. I will not be back and if you get room 302... be aware something crazy has happened in there for that to be on the CEILING.
