"everything was good... personal and breakfast"

"Checked in quickly with no delays and assigned a room on the 4th (5th floor by USA standards). Room was neat and clean. My room was in the middle of the floor and quiet with a view of the HBhf. Bathroom was fairly clean with traces of mold in the shower stall and the shower door leaked if you did not keep the shower water off the shower door. Bathroom amenities had a multi-use liquid shampoo for hair and body. Prefer this hotel vice other budget/value hotels in Augsburg because the rooms have fans and the shower stalls are larger than most. Would stay here again."

"We arrived at 11.0pm and the front door was closed and no staff available. The email that showed us how to get into the hotel and locate our room did not arrive until the following morning. We stayed 4 nights and the room was not refreshed at all during our stay. Whilst I understand that hoteliers need to control costs and I fully understand it is not necessary to clean or service a room every day, making sure that the rooms have enough dry towels, tea or coffee and bins are emptied must be the very least required "

" Was only there one night so we really didn’t use the kitchen, rooms we nice and bathroom was clean. I just didn’t like the process of trying to get a code for the room so late and then looking for the address on the street in the rain. Location services could have been better. "
