We were made extremely welcome and the breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The tram route runs next to the hotel and during the morning and evening this can be disturbing. It is at least 500 metres to a restaurant that serves anything but street food and there is no facility for a warm drink in the evening. It is a good place for exploring the old town where facilities are good.

Nettes Altstadthotel

Ein sehr nettes Hotel in der Altstadt von Augsburg in der Nähe des Domberges. Von hier sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt sowie das Kneipenviertel fußläufig mühelos erreichbar. Nettes und sehr hilfsbereites Personal, geräumiges Zimmer mit großem Bad, alles sehr sauber und bequem. Bequeme Betten. Nettes Ambiente im Frühstücksraum.

Mitten in der City und doch sehr entspannt. Die Haltestelle ist gleich nebenan und somit alle 5 Minuten die Möglichkeit, die nächste Sehenswürdigkeit anzupeilen.

Wir haben den Augsburger Hof ausgewählt als Zwischenstopp vom Gardasee nach Köln, um die restlichen Kilometer ausgeruht angehen zu können. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss. Wir haben noch nie so geschwitzt wie in dieser Nacht und waren entsprechend gerädert am anderen Morgen. Am meisten hat uns aber die Antwort der Chefin geärgert, die meinte bei dem Preis für die Übernachtung kann man keine Klimaanlage erwarten. Wir finden es unverschämt ein solches Zimmer anzubieten, da auch in unseren Regionen zunehmend mit hohen Temperaturen zu rechnen ist. Ausserdem war die ganze Nacht ein nicht unerheblicher Lärm von der benachbarten Bar zu hören. Das Haus und auch das Frühstückspersonal waren topp. Schade. Wir werden dort nicht mehr übernachten

Es war sehr laut aum Abend und am Morgen . Es war eine Eishokeymannschaft von 12-14 jährigen Knaben im Hotel die rasten und schieen duchs ganze haus.

Zuverlässiges Hotel in malerischer Lage

Ich war schon öfters hier und wahrscheinlich wieder nächstes Jahr... Die Lage ist super und die Gegend im allgemeinen sehr pittoresk. Die Matratzen waren zu weich, aber es gäbe auch härtere, habe ich später gehört.

Bonito hotel. Servicio amable

Hotel muy bonito, muy céntrico y muy cómodo. Solo echamos de menos aire acondicionado en una noche calurosísima. Pero entendemos que tampoco es tan frecuente un calor tan tórrido y con el ventilador de techo pudimos pasar la noche.

モーツアルトハウスと大聖堂がすぐの立地

休日に宿泊したせいもあるが、まわりにＯＰＥＮしているレストランが、少なかった。 大聖堂からは徒歩すぐ。モーツアルトハウスは、お部屋から見えていた。 スタッフはとても親切で、バスタブ付の部屋をくれ、ＷＩＦＩの便利なカードも、用意されていて、領収書も、気持ちよく出してくれた。 通りに面した部屋は、路面電車がすぐ下を通っているので、クローズしないと、眠れないが、扇風機はあっても、冷房装置はないので、夏は暑いと思った。 リノベーションはしてあって、カーテンなどは、新しいが、その他の施設は古い。

Sehr freundliches Personal. Schön beim Einchecken zwischen verschiedenen Zimmern wählen zu können. Aufgrund der Gastwirtschaft nebenan sowie der Straßenbahn war es nachts recht laut

Sehr schönes Hotel

Sehr schönes Hotel mit super freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Es ist alles gepflegt und sauber, das Bett ist gemütlich. Das Frühstück war lecker und alles was das Herz begehrt war da, obwohl die liebenswerte dafür zuständige Dame ganz untröstlich war, weil ihrer Meinung nach die Auswahl um 10.00 Uhr nicht mehr so war wie sie ihrer Meinung nach hätte sein sollen. Ich war dort wirklich sehr zufrieden und würde jederzeit wieder hingehen.
