"I had a wonderful stay. Emily at the front desk was amazing and incredibly helpful. She was very attentive , I appreciated her! Could use a few more servers and help. It’s a busy place! The wait to order a drink or food was over 10 minutes. And the fact that there’s only one place to order and check out if you’re sitting on the patio, a bit problematic. If they had another area open for ordering and paying for food, specifically for the Terrace area, that would be incredibly helpful. Other than that, I had an incredible stay. Everyone was wonderful and helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and well acquainted. I have stayed here for the last three years when coming in town for a conference. I will definitely stay again."

"Room 212 Room was clean and free full breakfast available each day. There were problems with AC unit not coming on regularly and running loudly. Toilet running and not shutting off right away. Not enough coffee cups and items in room. Loud music playing from a nearby restaurant patio."

"We were attending a tradeshow and checked in late the first night. The room smelled ok but when I went to place trash in the can under the sink if was full of trash from the previous occupants including left over Canes and coffee grounds.. I called the front desk (Justin) and he said he would leave a note to have it done. The microwave was dirty with leftover splatters. The next morning went down for "breakfast" & a cup of coffee and a Nature Valley Granola Bar is NOT BREAKFAST. Came in late that night and guess what?? TRASH was still in the room from the previous occupant. I called again to the front desk and was assured it would be handled. Checked on "breakfast" the next morning & a cup of coffee and a granola bar is NOT BREAKFAST ! Came in late the last night there and can you guess THE TRASH FROM THE PREVIOUS OCCUPANT WAS STILL IN THE ROOM UNDER THE SINK. The next morning I went down to check out and asked if the "manager" was there and of course NO HE's NOT. She had me write down my name and number for the manager to call me. One final Checked on "breakfast" the last morning & a cup of coffee and a granola bar is NOT BREAKFAST ! It has now been FOUR DAYS and NO CALL from the "manager". I really didn't expect one since that is how they run the business. THE PHOTOS ONLINE OF THE ROOM ARE EITHER PHOTOSHOPPED OR THE MANAGER'S ROOM. I DID MEET SEVERAL MEMBERS OF FORT WORTH'S HEALTH DEPT. AT THE SHOW AND THEY ARE GOING TO SEE WHAT THEY GET OFFERED FOR BREAKFAST."
