"The house is just what I look for when I'm staying in a new area: convenient, historic, and charming. It's well stocked with everything you could need during a stay, including snacks, bottled water, and creamer! We were even able to check in a little early since the house was ready. My only notes are that even though the neighborhood felt safe, having some/better coverage on the windows and doors would be appreciated for privacy. The bedrooms had good blinds, but the other rooms had either sheer curtains or no coverage at all. If you were sitting in the living room at night or walking from the bathroom to the bedrooms, there are completely uncovered doors/windows well within view. There were cobwebs on a few of the lamps and other areas, but overall, the house was clean and inviting."

"Very close to Central Market which is convenient for grab and go, plus they have a playground for the kids. Location is close to Hulen and I-30. The outside smelled like cats but the inside was perfect. Clean, with everything you need. Owner was very flexible, information was detailed, and communication was prompt. We'd stay there again if we needed a place for a couple nights in Ft Worth."
"Great location but upon arrival, the units yard was a mess and I think the cleaning crew forgot to sweep the floors and scrub the tub, which drips and doesn’t drain. They left coffee but no filters for an, odd sized, Mr. Coffee. Only 2 towels in the bathroom and only 2 pillows..there was a homeless man sitting on the road side, of the unit. There were 2 patio chairs and one was ripped, the tv remote was missing the battery cover and the pathway was a wreck and possible liability. The accommodations were sufficient and decent but could have been awesome and extraordinary with a little more effort from management.
