"Rooms are great and the bedding was clean and comfortable. Both the restaurants were good. But few things we had play around with to find out. The bed side phones to call front desk didn't have any numbers working. Had to find out using their QR code on tele. The coffee maker in the room is a keurig you will have to get use too. Fill tank is seal and we over filled it by mistake couple times trying to figure out if the machine was working. But other then that. I would still stay here again on my next visit."

"Very centrally located to the pedestrian downtown, the lakefront, and close enough to UVM and Champlain College to make our visit very easy for everything that we wanted to do. Beautiful adaptive reuse of an historic armory building for the bar, restaurant, entry and lobby areas with rooms in an attached, newer building. Great visit, will stay here again!"

"I didn’t know the property is totally in construction. From outside the building, to entering. Like new furniture, pictures, chairs etc. They are changing brands. The room however was updated and new. Walkable to the water and dinner. Staff were nice. I just wished it said it was under construction prior to booking."

"I really liked this property...had everything you could need! Loved the parking right outside the door and easy to walk to places too!one note- while it's a non-smoking property- there is a smoker somewhere. There was weed and cigarette smells here and there...coming thru the vent.we did alert the host- unsure if there is anything that can be done.would absolutely stay again!"
