Detached Villa
Property was very good, location good although a car is required. We stayed for 16 days and electricity charge was a €100 which we thought was excessive as no aircon was used. Overall very enjoyable.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful Villa in Moraira
We had such a wonderful time staying at this Villa and would’ve stayed longer had the Villa been available. The host was extremely friendly and available if needed, which we didn’t need to. Excellent pool and outside grounds, very relaxing. Beautiful friendly neighbourhood, very safe and secure, with excellent private parking behind automatic gates. Amenities within easy walking distance: Supermarket, Restaurant and Pub in local area. Next time we’re in the area we would love to stay again

Just what we needed
We arrived at the Villa about 3.30 in the afternoon and were greeted by the owner who is very pleasant and although her English wasn’t good was very helpful. The villa itself is immaculate and very well kept and the pool also very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and with a hired car we did some exploring to Valencia and Javea and a few other places. Very beautiful area and nice and quiet neighbourhood to. Moraira itself is a lovely laid back town and lots of places to eat and relax. We are off to the states next year but the following year we will most definitely be staying there again. Well done. great place to stay
me and my family loved this villa it looks so nice pretty with the colourful flowers..outside eating for night and day pool was great my kids really enjoyed it..the bedrooms are a decent size i slept really well and there was plenty of towels to use...this villa isn't far away from town either 5mins to the shop and bars and there is a lovely restaurant called monroe who does lovely food which is 10mins away....we was close to alicante calpe altea so easy to travel around if u wanted to....overall I would recommend this villa to family and friends and we shall be going again ...

This was our first visit to this area and the first time we had used Homeaway.The Villa was owned by a spanish family who spoke little english ,but no problem we understood each other well enough .The Villa was spotless and furnished like a home (phots ,child's gifts etc ) . The pool was excellent clean and well managed,sunbeds might need replacing for next year The beds we comfortable,the water hot ,shower maybe a bit small .We had a wonderful time.Would not hesitate to recommend

Wundervolle Anlage, tolle Umgebung, toller Vermieter/in
Das Objekt ist sauber, geräumig, bei Regen Terrasse überdacht. Draußen frühstücken "bei jedem Wetter". Die Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar, flexibel, sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren definitiv nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

Très bon séjour grace à la qualité de la prestation
Propriétaires très accueillants et très réactifs à la moindre question ou au moindre petit défaut constaté. Si l'on cherche vraiment un point à améliore ce serait la pression d'eau qui ne permet pas de prendre 2 douches simultanément et le linge toilette qui pourrait être renouvelé mais cela ne m’empêchera d'y retourner si j'en ai l'occasion.

Une maison magnifique
Nous avons séjourné mi-octobre. Outre le fait que le climat était très agréable, la maison était tout simplement parfaite. Bien équipée, spacieuse, bonne literie, une très belle piscine et un jardin très bien entretenu, sans oublier le barbecue extérieur. La gérante est également très sympatique. On y retournera sans hésiter.
