"The location was good but the house needed some minor maintenance work. Front door was hard to close and had broken fly screen. Balcony sliding fly screen was broken. the outdoor furniture wasn’t covered. the cover was tucked under the cushions . No protection from the weather or droppings. BBQ cover was barely there, nearly blow away.didn’t use it anyway.the fabric snake under the door on the staircase didn’t provide any protection: insects and small leaves were still getting in.Overall it was good but it could do with a little maintenance and that’s the truth."
"I arrived at the property on Friday evening after driving for 9 hours and it hadn't been cleaned from the last tenants. I eventually got hold of Lane who assured me she would refund the cleaning fee and to go and have a drink 'on her' while the cleaners came and fixed it up. I still wasn't happy with the cleanliness after the cleaners came.
After checking out, Lane ghosted me when I asked about the refund. I've tried to contact her multiple times to no avail. What a headache. I'll be submitting a complaint to Expedia with screenshots of her message promising a refund of the cleaning fee.
