The Location:

Ocean's Edge sits in an exclusive quiet cul-de-sac in Terrigal — elevated above the suburb with the ocean on one side and the Central Coast's most vibrant beach town on the other. Terrigal Beach, the Esplanade dining strip, the rock pool, and the Boardwalk are all a short drive or energetic walk away. The Skillion headland — one of the Central Coast's most iconic landmarks, visible from the property — is minutes by car. Sydney is 90 minutes away. The world beyond the cul-de-sac can wait.



Ocean's Edge is a property without a wrong season — only different versions of spectacular. Summer means 180 degrees of shimmering Pacific, pool afternoons, and long deck dinners as the ocean turns gold. Spring and autumn bring quieter beaches and the full drama of the coastal light with none of the summer crowds.



Winter is when Ocean's Edge reveals perhaps its finest self — the views are clearest, the surf most dramatic, whale migration runs from June through November directly through the ocean panorama below, and the private spa on a clear winter evening with the stars above and the lights of the coast below is the kind of experience you will genuinely not find anywhere else. Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $2,000, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.

You will also be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.



We are governed by and fully comply with strict privacy laws, and your card details will not be shared with any third party or retained beyond what is necessary to securely process the required payment or authorization.



Third-party bookings are generally not permitted. The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property and must be present for the duration of the booking.



The booking guest is responsible for providing accurate guest details, completing all required verification, agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, and accepting responsibility for the conduct of all guests during the stay.



Exceptions may be considered for legitimate third-party bookings made by recognized insurance companies, corporate organizations, relocation providers, or similar authorized entities. Supporting documentation or additional verification may be required.
