The kitchen has a full-sized oven, 4 burner electric stove and dishwasher.

Room #1:

This is the master bedroom with a queen-sized bed. It has an east-facing window with block out blinds.

Room #2:

This room features a double bed with a single bed trundle that can be rolled out underneath.
The single bed slides under the double, to keep it out of the way.

Living Room:

The open plan living room in front of the kitchen includes:

45" LCD Smart TV with Netflix and you can stream anything you like from your device.

A Chaise Lounge (Which includes a Fold out bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 kids).


Bathroom:

High ceilings bring in natural light through frosted glass for privacy.

The bathroom includes:

> Soap, shampoo and conditioner
> Plenty of 100% Cotton towels

European Laundry:

Hidden nicely between double doors is a front loading washing machine.

Washing liquid and a portable clothing rack (also available with the property).

And a separate sink for hand washing if need be.


Outdoor Deck:

Two chairs and a small table. Spare chairs are in the cupboard of the master bedroom.

Securely framed in a white picket fence leading to the Villa's path.

The Villa is perfect for 5 Guests, with extra room on the fold out couch if need be.


Other things to note:

- Private entrance leads down the side of the main house.
- Note that there are quite a few steps and stairs so please make sure you are comfortable with these.
- We love our neighbours and hence no parties/no loud music allowed.
- No smoking inside or outside the house.
- Free off-street parking available.

And the Villa is only a 5 minute walk to Terrigal beach. It's mostly a flat walk but it has a little hill on the corner of our street.

Two blocks away to the restaurants, cafes and shops.

Feel the sand on your feet after a short stroll, or jump in the car to neighbouring beaches such as Avoca, or a 6 minute drive away to Erina Fair.

Erina has a shopping centre with Cinema's, Ice Rink and plenty of the big stores.
