The flat consists of two large rooms. Spacious bathroom with bath, shower and bidet.
Exclusive access, American kitchen with fridge-freezer, hob and oven. Spacious garden with conservatory.
The south-west orientation of the house offers magnificent sunsets over the vineyards, the medieval abbey of Badia di Morrona and the hills as far as Pisa and the Apuan Alps.
Consumption and the weekly change of bed and bathroom linen are included in the price.
We are 9 km from the Casciana thermal baths, where balneotherapy, whirlpool baths and beauty farm treatments are possible.
In less than an hour's drive you can reach many cities of art and fascinating medieval villages such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Versilia, the Cinque Terre and the beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
You can reach us in 15 minutes by car from the 'Pontedera' exit of the FI-Pi-LI motorway.

Wir dürften drei Wochen in dieser Unterkunft verbringen. Gerade den Ausblick sind wir nicht einen Tag leid geworden. Liebevolle Unterkunft mit ganz vielen möglichen Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen :)

Wir haben fast zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Es ist alles genauso schön wie auf den Fotos, eher noch schöner. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Der Blick von der Terrasse über den Pool ins Land ist unbezahlbar. Auch hatten wir das große Glück in das Home-Restaurant von Stefania und Maurizio zu dürfen. Das war wunderschön und sehr lecker. Das sollte man sich auf keinen Fall entgehen lassen. Die Herzlichkeit unserer Gastgeber ist einfach großartig. Wir kamen als Fremde und gingen als Freunde. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung und tolle Gastgeber
Wir haben neun wundervolle Tage in der Ferienwohnung bei Stefania und Maurizio verbracht. Sie haben uns tolle Ausflugstipps gegeben. Der Wein und das toskanische Essen sind einfach wunderbar. Frisch geerntete Früchte und Tomaten gab es auch. Danke, danke, danke!

Capitati qui quasi per caso, ci siamo trovati a vivere un'esperienza bellissima in questa splendida casa piena di fascino, charme, vista indimenticabile... In questo posto si ha la sensazione di essere a casa. La nostra casa si affacciava sul giardino, sulla piscina e sul bellissimo panorama. C'era silenzio, pace, bellezza e privacy.. dato che gli appartamenti sono soltanto due ed ognuno completamente indipendente. Maurizio e Stefania sempre disponibili, ci hanno dato ottimi consigli e ci hanno fatto sentire così benvenuti che avremmo potuto rimanere per mesi, invece che purtroppo, solo per una notte. Se si vuole vivere un'autentica esperienza toscana, che sia una o 100 notti, allora non cercate oltre, questo è il posto giusto!

Hervorragende Unterkunft
Wir haben die Gastfreundschaft von Maurizio und Stefania in dem sehr schönen, sauberen und liebevoll eingerichteten, großzügigen Appartement mit herrlicher Terrasse und traumhaften Blick sehr genossen. Zur Begrüßung hab es einen sehr leckeren Willkommenssnack mit Wein. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Traumurlaub in der Toscana
Wunderschönes großes Appartement mit einer traumhaft schönen Aussicht von der Terrasse. Alles genau so, wie beschrieben, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, es gab einen köstlichen Willkommensgruß. Unbedingt sollte man an dem tollen Toscana Abendessen teilnehmen. Wer das nicht macht hat echt was verpasst. Wir haben uns bei Maurizio und Stefania sehr wohl gefühlt. Liebe Grüße an Euch.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung mit fantastischen Blick
Sehr geschmavolle und hübsch dekorierte, funktionale kleine Ferienwohnung mit großer Terrasse und wunderschönen Blick in die Ferne. Man sollte im Frühjahr und Herbst bedenken, sich wärmere Sachen mitzunehmen, da es morgens und abends recht frisch wird und in Italien nicht geheizt wird. Die Lage ist optimal für alle Ausflüge der schönen Gegend. Maurizio ist sehr bemüht, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht und immer erreichbar. Seine Weine kann ich nur empfehlen! Wir haben bereits für das nächste Jahr gebucht, also eine volle Empfehlung von uns! Vielen Dank Maurizio für den tollen Aufenthalt! PS: Man sollte wissen, dass man auf der Terrasse Nachbarn hat, da nur eine Pergola dazwischen ist

Toskana, wie man es sich vorstellt!
Tolle Ferienwohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage auf dem Land. Der Ausblick von der großzügigen Terrasse ist traumhaft und auch in der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Auch der Zustand ist ein sehr guter! Die Vermieter sind leicht zu erreichen, sehr freundlich und helfen gerne bei allen Fragen weiter. Maurizio spricht sehr gut deutsch und auch englisch. Alles in allem eine Top Unterkunft zu einem guten Preis. Vielen Dank an Stefania + Maurizio und bestimmt bis bald :-)
