"Excellent stay here. Spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed my stay here. Here’s a few things to be aware of1. On the map VRBO lists this location in the wrong place. The real location of this house is about 3 miles further to the Northwest. This caught me by surprise as I chose this location mostly due to its close proximity to Clark County shooting range according to the map on the listing. I was very surprised that it was actually several miles further away.2. The check-in process is very different from other VRBO’s that I’ve stayed in. Sigrid will meet you personally at 5 pm or later and she’s quite firm on this time. Don’t expect to get in earlier. Also, at every other VRBO the owner gives the door key code and you never meet face to face. Sigrid gives a personal walk through describing how everything works. She’s very nice and I appreciated the personal touch.3. Sigrid lives on site in the casita attached to the garage. I’ve never been to a VRBO where the owner was present and I was at first a little Leary of this arrangement, however she gives you lots of privacy. Also, don’t expect garage space to park your car in. The driveway is wide but short, so parking needs to be organized to allow Sigrid access to the garage. 4. There are cats on site, not in the house but on the property - so if you’re allergic to cats (like me) here’s your warning. 5. Check out time is at 8 am. This is quite a bit earlier than what I’ve experienced at other properties."

"Everything was amazing! Great communication, no issues. Unfortunately, one of the bedrooms with bunk beds was swapped for another with a queen but the change was communicated and we understood. She would have opened it if we needed it but we were ok. Nice they have the flexibility to make things work even if one room is having an issue. Great host, would absolutely stay again. Thanks!"
