Welcome to my lovely home for a fabulous vacation, or a business endeavor . . This is a 1-story home with pool, palm trees, an abundance of flowers, fruit trees and unobstracted mountain views. Kitchen is well stocked with many amenities,spices, coffee, tea etc. I welcome up to 5 guests and 3 bedrooms/ 2 baths, laundry room and useage of the entire house. I'm located in the Northwest of Las Vegas, close to shopping , hwy 95 and 215, 10 minutes to an orchard, with organic fruits and vegetables, 10 min to casinos, but yet secluded in a quiet safe neighborhood. Just 15 min. to Mt. Charleston, Red Rock Canyon, golfing, 30 min. to the Strip; 60 min. to Hoover Damm, Lake Mead, couple of minutes to Tule Springs Park (Floyd Lamb park), & a few hours to Scott's Castle in Death Valley or Valley of Fire. Las Vegas is centrally located to reach an abundance of many tourist attractions like Grand Canyon, Brice Canyon, Antelope Valley, Monument Valley, Lake Powell just to name a few....

Museum
The house was immaculate! The owner, a very nice lady, stays in a garage apartment on site. Every time we came in, she met us at the door and wiped off the wheels of my wife's rollator/walker and made sure we removed our shoes. She put throw rugs throughout the house to help keep the white carpet clean. My wife's rollator/walker wheel got tangled in one of the throw rugs. She fell and broke her leg. That ruined our dream vacation to Las Vegas. I will never rent a VRBO again. We will get a hotel from now on when we travel. I didn't want to touch anything, like sleeping in a museum.

Third time visit just as good as the first two.
This was our third visit to Sigrid's house. We love it and already have dates blocked for next year. Two of us there just for golf. Everything we need at the house and a grill out back. We play golf in the morning, enjoy the pool in the afternoon and grill at night. The house is in NW Vegas, about 20-30 minutes from the strip. We went to the strip one night for dinner. We are there for golf, house is 10 minutes from the three courses at Paiute and convenient to Hwy. 95 to get to many others. Have read previous reviews, if you have an issue with taking your shoes off, simply don't stay here. I take shoes off in my house, respect her house. She does stay in a guest house to the side of the main house and you can't even see the guest house from the main house or pool. If she needed anything, she always texts asking if she can visit. She is a wonderful lady, made us a cheesecake for our arrival! It is a quiet, relaxing home in a city that is anything but quiet and relaxing. We'll be back next year!

This property is beyond beautiful. Our third year there. It is immaculate. The host is fantastic. The yard is unbelievable with flowers and gorgeous sitting areas.

Comfortable and great location
This is our third long term stay with Sigrid. We love everything about the home. It's comfortable and has everything you need in the kitchen and baths. Sigrid is a wonderful hostess and truly cares about your comfort and privacy. She makes you feel like family. The residential location is close to shopping and restaurants, and an easy commute to the strip. We will definitely return when in Las Vegas.

Everything you need
The property was just as listed. It was perfect in every way. It was an open floor plan which was perfect for having an infant. Very clean. The host was very accommodating. She answered all our questions. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was great. The neighborhood was very safe. The pool was great as well. Since it was really windy and a bit chilly we couldn't enjoy the pool alot, even though it is heated. The spa was a big plus and also heated. The back yard was very secluded and pretty. We had 4 adults and and 1 infant. There was plenty room for all. We simply enjoyed our stay, it was very inviting. Sigrid is a great host with a beautiful place.I would definitely stay again.

Tranquil mini-retreat on the outskirts of Las Vegas
The home was very roomy, of high-quality, and quiet. The pool was nice to look at and the hot tub was great for relaxing. The host showed us how to operate everything and reviewed the basic rules of the house. The property is located about 20 minutes from the strip so it is a small jaunt but worth it to get away from the lights and the noise when you are trying to sleep. We visited the nearby Lamb park as well as the two preserves (Red Rock and Desert Wildlife) that were both only 15 to 20 minutes away by car. The trips to downtown/strip each day were easy and fast.
